Yello, an early talent acquisition platform, approached CASE with the goal of mapping out the HR Tech ecosystem and identifying areas where the company has partnership opportunities. Project analysts analyzed the competitive landscape for Yello via SWOT analysis, illustrated a map for market segmentation, and recommending growth opportunities to the clients.
